Ingredients
Scale
- 32 oz frozen homestyle meatballs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (preferably smoky or bold)
- 1 cup grape jelly (or substitute with raspberry, cherry, or pineapple preserves)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your Crockpot with cooking oil to prevent sticking and add the frozen meatballs in an even layer.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce and grape jelly until smooth. Add soy sauce and garlic powder if desired.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours without lifting the lid.
- If the sauce is too thin at the end of cooking, remove the lid and cook on High for an additional 20 minutes to thicken.

Keywords: For added depth of flavor, consider experimenting with different fruit preserves in place of grape jelly. Serve warm in sliders, as part of a rice bowl, or over pasta for easy meal variations.
