- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

Instructions
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Remove chicken and shred with forks; return to crockpot to mix with remaining sauce.
- Serve hot with garnished green onions as desired.
