- 250g cold unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the cold butter by placing it between parchment paper and rolling it out into a rectangle.
- Roll out the risen dough into a larger rectangle and encase the butter within it. Fold and roll several times to create layers.
- Cut the dough into triangles, roll them up to form croissants, and let them rise again for about an hour.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
