Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks until browned.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Then add beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Let the sauce thicken for about 10 minutes before adding the cooked pasta shells.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
