Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly; press into a baking pan.
- Simmer figs with water for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain if needed.
- Blend granulated sugar, lemon juice, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth; gently fold in softened figs.
- Pour the fig mixture over the crust and bake for about 30 minutes until set. Cool before slicing into bars.
