- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the caramel by combining sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown; pour into a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and add condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the caramel in the baking dish. Place in a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath) and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours. Serve chilled after flipping onto a plate and drizzle with remaining caramel.
