Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Mix in Greek yogurt and egg until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges but soft in the center. Let cool slightly on wire racks.
