Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice until fully combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just mixed. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
