Instructions
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil along with ground meat. Season and brown the meat.
- Reduce heat; add diced onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until tender, then stir in minced garlic and spices.
- Incorporate frozen cauliflower rice and chicken stock/water. Mix well to combine.
- Cook until the cauliflower is tender and no liquid remains. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
