- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Place seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour sauce over it.
- Top with chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Add butter during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
