- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Easter Mini Eggs (Cadbury or Lindt)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just mixed; then add milk chocolate chips and mini eggs.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and optionally press extra mini eggs on top.
- Bake for about 18-22 minutes until edges are golden but center remains chewy.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
