  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms or candy-coated chocolate eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and half of the Easter candies gently into the dough.
  6. Scoop dollops of dough onto prepared baking sheets, pressing remaining candies on top for decoration.
  7. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden while centers remain soft. Cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
