Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Mix in brown sugar and white sugar until combined, then stir in vanilla and egg.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and half of the Easter candies; reserve the rest for garnish.
- Transfer dough to the pie plate, smoothing out the top. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- After baking, press remaining candies onto warm cookie cake and let cool before serving.
