- 2 tsp butter-flavored shortening
- 4 oz bag of puff corn
- Easter sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Place puff corn in a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine candy melts and butter-flavored shortening. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
- Pour melted candy over the puff corn and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread on wax paper and sprinkle with Easter sprinkles before allowing to set for 20-30 minutes.
- Once set, store in an airtight container.
