Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Divide filling into bowls and mix in gel food coloring to create pastel shades.
- Spoon dollops of each color into the chilled crust and swirl gently using a toothpick.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
