Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 English cucumber (diced)

Instructions
- Drain the diced cucumber in a strainer with salt for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture. Pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Garnish with extra dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve chilled with pita chips or fresh veggies.
