Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 4 medium strawberries
- 2.5 tbsp white granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 4 tbsp boiling water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a tall glass, mash the strawberries with the sugar until pureed.
- Add ice cubes on top of the strawberry puree.
- Pour your choice of milk over the ice.
- In a small bowl, sift matcha powder and mix with boiling water, whisking until frothy.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the milk and gently stir to combine.
