- 1 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, melt butter and let it cool slightly. Stir in sugar until combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder; fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into greased 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- In another bowl, whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in brewed espresso.
- After cooling the brownies, spread tiramisu filling over the top and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley, cut into squares, and serve.
