Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the beef chops generously with California Style Lemon Pepper. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over each side and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the seasoned chops on the grill and cook for approximately 3 minutes until grill marks appear. Rotate 90 degrees and grill for another 2 minutes. Flip the chops and repeat – grilling until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
