  • 2 tbsp shredded zucchini
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, basil, zucchini, mozzarella cheese, pesto, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs using your hands.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  4. Place meatballs in the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned on one side.
  5. Carefully flip the meatballs to brown the other side and cook until fully cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodles for a complete meal.
