- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; spread half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes; brush on remaining glaze and continue baking until an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) is reached (an additional 15-20 minutes).
- Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
