  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz linguine noodles
  • Garnish: diced green onions, toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef along with minced ginger and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. While cooking the beef, boil salted water in a pot and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and hoisin sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture into the browned beef and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it directly to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional couple of minutes until well combined.
  6. Serve garnished with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
