Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet, followed by half of the BBQ chicken mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Top with red onion and jalapenos if desired.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with queso blanco and additional BBQ sauce, then bake for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro or any preferred toppings.
