Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing chicken stock, honey, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl; set aside.
- Dry chicken thighs with paper towels and coat them with a mixture of potato starch, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat; fry the coated chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the pan; sauté minced garlic, green onion whites, and red chili flakes until fragrant.
- Add the prepared sauce to the pan; let it thicken slightly before returning the chicken to coat thoroughly.
- Serve garnished with green onion greens and sesame seeds alongside rice or vegetables.
