Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place eggs in boiling water for 9-10 minutes. Cool under cold water, peel, and slice.
- Prep the veggies: Slice cucumber into thin rounds and halve cherry tomatoes.
- Assemble the bowl: Arrange cucumber slices in a shallow bowl, add halved tomatoes, then top with sliced eggs.
- Season & serve: Sprinkle with chives, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill for later.
