Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until almost done (5–6 minutes).
- Push meat to one side; add onion and remaining olive oil, cooking for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in shredded carrots, garlic, and ginger; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth; scrape up any brown bits from the pan.
- Add cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 12–15 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Stir in toasted sesame oil before serving.
