- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach, squeezed of liquid
- 1 bag frozen roll dough, thawed
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, artichoke hearts, and cooked spinach until well mixed.
- Cut the thawed roll dough into halves and shape them into a bunny on the baking sheet.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Scoop the prepared dip into the bunny's head and fill the ears.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with crackers or fresh veggies.
