- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Optional garnishes: chopped green onion, chili oil
Instructions
- Coating: Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and coat the chicken. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Searing: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet; sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Sauce: In a small saucepan, sauté minced garlic in butter before adding heavy cream until slightly thickened.
- Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Broth: In another pot, heat sesame oil; add garlic then pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble: Place noodles in bowls, pour broth over them, top with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish: Finish with chopped green onions and chili oil if desired.
