Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from heat and slice.
- Cook the Ramen: In a large pot, boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In the same frying pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1 minute). Add heavy cream, soy sauce, and chili paste; simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss cooked ramen noodles with the creamy garlic sauce. Top with sliced chicken.
- Serve and Garnish: Serve hot in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
