Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add the Fireball whiskey and peanut butter; mix until a thick dough forms.
- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate to coat fully.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
