- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Pat fish fillets dry and rub with a blend of spices.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the fish until flaky.
- Prepare lime crema by whisking sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic together.
- Combine cabbage, carrots, onion, cilantro; dress with lime juice and olive oil.
- Warm tortillas and assemble tacos: add slaw, fish, and drizzle lime crema on top.
