Instructions

  3. Gradually add cold water until the dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of almond filling in the center of each square, fold corners to seal, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
