- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared tray.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in cream and chicken broth. Add remaining Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked linguine with the sauce, top with baked meatballs, and garnish with parsley before serving.
