Instructions
- In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter.
- Add sliced onions; sauté for about 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
- Stir in red apple vinegar and cook until evaporated; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
- Add uncooked gnocchi; cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Top with Gruyère cheese and broil for 2-3 minutes until melted and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
