Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
- 2 cups thinly sliced strawberries
- 1 cup thinly sliced kiwi
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 1 cup clementine oranges
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining honey, orange zest, lemon zest, and their juices in a wide-mouth mason jar. Shake until mixed.
- Thoroughly wash all fruits. Cube the pineapple, slice strawberries and kiwis, remove grapes from stems, peel clementines, and segment them.
- Chill the prepared fruit if desired.
- In a large bowl, combine all fruits and drizzle with dressing. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly to enhance flavor.
