Instructions
- Activate the yeast by mixing warm water and yeast in a small bowl; let sit until foamy (5-10 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt, then stir in the activated yeast mix and olive oil to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Roll out the risen dough on parchment paper, brush with garlic butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
