Instructions
- Prepare a lightly buttered 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a small pot; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warmed milk, egg, and cooled garlic butter; knead until smooth (10-12 minutes).
- Divide dough into 12 portions; form into balls and place them in the prepared pan.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Brush risen rolls with beaten egg wash; bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix additional melted butter with garlic and parsley; brush over warm rolls.
