- 4 chicken breasts

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups golden potatoes, halved
- 4 slices bacon

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Add chicken breasts and cook until fully cooked (6-7 minutes per side).
- Stir in broccoli and spinach; cook until tender (3-4 minutes).
- Return bacon to the skillet and combine all ingredients; heat through for another minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
