Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let cooked chicken rest for a few minutes before shredding with two forks.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos by placing shredded chicken on each tortilla and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
