- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté chicken until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses; stir until melted.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet; toss to coat with sauce.
- Add cooked penne pasta; mix until fully coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
