Ingredients
- 12 ounces brown rice noodles
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons tahini
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the brown rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Mince the garlic finely or use a garlic press.
- In a pan, sauté the minced garlic in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, tahini, honey/maple syrup, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into the pan with garlic and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Drain cooked noodles and add them to the pan, tossing well to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley and enjoy!
