Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in gochujang until well combined. Reduce heat; add heavy cream while stirring continuously, then mix in cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked pasta in the skillet with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
