Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Add to the yeast mixture along with olive oil. Knead on low speed for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1.5 to 2 hours).
  4. Shape the dough into a circle on an oiled surface, add crumbled feta on top, then gather the edges to enclose the filling.
  5. Transfer to a baking tray lined with semolina flour or parchment paper, allow to rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Brush the top with melted butter and cream, sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
