Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cooked orzo, grape tomatoes, sliced onion, olives, garbanzo beans, and crumbled feta. Toss gently to mix.
- For the dressing, combine lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, diced onion, feta, and olive oil in a jar with a lid. Secure the lid and shake until well mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving for optimal flavor.
