Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray and cook the chicken until nearly done.
- Top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese and close the lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the grill and layer each piece with tomato slices and fresh basil. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
