Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 450°F.
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise into uniform ½ inch thick strips using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to create the marinade.
- Toss the zucchini strips in the marinade until well coated.
- Place the zucchini on the hot grill using tongs, grilling for about 10 minutes on one side. Flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender but firm.
- Transfer to a platter and drizzle with any remaining marinade. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped basil before serving.
