Instructions
- Prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and ground turkey. Cook until browned and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Stir in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, onion powder, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, and salt. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in cornstarch to thicken the turkey mixture.
- Assemble bowls by starting with rice as the base, adding ground turkey on top followed by desired toppings and generous drizzle of bang bang sauce.
