Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in butterscotch sauce.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from springform pan, garnish if desired, slice, and serve chilled.
