- 3 tbsp heavy cream, at room temperature

- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with sugars until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in melted and remaining butterscotch chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
