Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook lean ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble bowls by layering chopped romaine lettuce followed by cooked beef and desired toppings: avocado slices, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle burger sauce over each bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
